Jack Rynes, President

Jack Rynes joined NetworkIP in 2000 and was appointed president of Jaduka in 2006. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company as well as day-to-day oversight of the development and implementation of all new products.

Prior to NetworkIP, Mr. Rynes gained over fifteen years' experience in various technical and planning roles within the telecommunications industry, including GTE Internetworking where he lead the planning and network design of GTE's voice and data networks, and the implementation of GTE's first long distance and CLEC switches. At GTE Infrastructure Design (now Verizon), he developed network models for the merger of Bell Atlantic and GTE. He has also held similar positions with Sprint PCS, Sprint and AT&T. Rynes studied Computer Technology at the University of Wisconsin.


Ben Benner, Chief Technical Officer

Ben Benner is responsible for the technical planning and development of Jaduka's Web-to-voice services. He brings over a decade of experience in telecommunications and software development to the organization.

Prior to Jaduka, Mr. Benner was with NetworkIP, Jaduka's parent company, where he was the senior product manager for VirtualFone, the precursor to Jaduka. His versatile skill set - ranging from technical writing and PHP programming to configuring VoIP networks, building databases and configuring web servers - makes Ben uniquely qualified to lead Jaduka's technical product development. Benner studied Journalism at Michigan State University.


Bill Binnig, Chief Marketing Officer

Bill Binnig brings nearly 20 years of diverse experience in marketing, brand management, business and product development to his role as Vice President of Marketing at Jaduka. With a successful track record of growing early-stage ventures, he is well suited to lead Jaduka into its next phase of evolution.

Prior to Jaduka, Mr. Binnig launched several other successful businesses, including: Travelocity, the leading online travel reservations company; myClips.com, a wireless Internet portal and subsidiary of PageNet, Inc.; and a "click-and-mortar" venture at Intel Corporation. He has also held senior management positions at ATX Technologies and American Airlines. Binnig earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University.


Trevor Baca, Vice President of Software Engineering

Trevor Baca is Vice President of Software Engineering at Jaduka and oversees software engineering, real-time systems engineering, telephony services development, information architecture, usability, and user-experience engineering teams. He has ten years' experience in telephony and software development and has held senior leadership roles in software development, systems engineering, strategy, product development, and human-computer interaction.

Baca also holds a similar title at NetworkIP, the parent company of Jaduka, and a leading platform provider of prepaid telephony since 1998. At NetworkIP, he led research and development of the second-generation Kodiak services platform. He was instrumental in bringing both metrics-based and user-centered development to the product life cycles of the different parts of the Jaduka technology portfolio. Baca also researched and directed the development of the NetworkIP iQT® realtime QoS analysis and correction system, registered as U.S. Patent #6,914,967. Baca received a Bachelor of Arts in the honors program from the University of Texas.
